When people ask where my office is, I often respond, “Slack.” I use it for inter-office communication, office announcements, voice calls, video calls, and much more. You don’t need an office if you have Slack. This app replaces both Evernote and the Apple Notes app! It is a must-have! It is searchable (including handwriting), can convert handwritten notes to text (yes, the messiest writing), and there is a macOS version. ![]() I can comment, mark-up, present, illustrate, and capture everything. With GoodNotes, I can import PDFs, webpages, and other text. The Apple Pencil + iPad Pro + GoodNotes = the 1–2–3 punch for note-taking. I love the templates, the smart inbox, speed of search (Apple’s native app is TERRIBLE at this), pinning messages, reminders, snoozing messages, customizable gestures, and third-party integrations. From setting reminders to scheduling emails, Spark is the must-have email tool! If you, like me, are still stuck processing emails, give Spark a look. It is improving with every release, but it still can’t keep up with Spark. With so many free samples, I’m sure that you will find a “Shortcut for that”! I use it to process meeting notes, update my Slack status, share information with my team, update Twitter, even aggregate my daily news feed. ![]() It is super fast to capture EVERYTHING (typed or via Siri), then process it with powerful scripting actions (that anyone can set up).Īpple’s Shortcuts app helps me to automate many of my daily routines.
